It’s that time of year again for our annual musical Benefit Dinner and Silent Auction. These productions are very expensive to produce and the sales of performance tickets do not cover all the costs associated with such a large production. In order to continue to utilize the amazing talent that we have with your students, we hold this fundraiser every year to help off-set some of the costs. This year, our dinner and auction is going to be held on Saturday September 15th.
Dinner Information:
Patrons can arrive between 5:30-6:00 pm. The Silent Auction will begin at 5:30 pm.
Ticket Information:
Each Cast member is required to sell 4 Benefit Dinner/Silent Auction tickets
Tickets are $15
Cast members are to collect the funds ($15-checks to BEHS) and bring them to the theatre office to be exchanged for tickets. Last day to purchase tickets is Thursday the 13th!
Auction Items/Sponsors:
Each Cast Member is required to provide at least one item for the Silent Auction or an Ad for the program. Items must be delivered to Mrs. Day by Thursday the 13th. We're counting on you!
Make sure to update the list below once you've secured an item or sponsor.

Cast Member Information:

We will serve dinner to the attendees and perform our Peach Queen Medley.
We expect everyone to stay after the dinner to help clean up and eat any leftover food :)
